Mediterraneo in Lindau

Small, very cozy restaurant with great, funny service. Unfortunately, the food can't keep up. Oregano was used excessively in both pasta and pizza. In general, there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to taste.

I'm always happy here, great food at reasonable prices and tastes very good. I highly recommend it. An insider tip in Lindau ???

Not worth the money

Small, inconspicuous but a really really tasty and cozy place to get some delicious mediterran food such as fish, pasta, pizza..... didn’t have to wait for a long time and the owner added some extra vegetables because he said there was too little on our plates ??? thanks!

Nice ambience. Food was very good.

Not an Italian, he cooks and serves. Really should consider another activity. Has absolutely nothing to do with gastronomy and Italian food. We paid € 50 and left everything.

Very good food with good value for money.

I cannot explain the good rating at all. The innkeeper, who does the service and kitchen in one person, was rude and made you feel zero welcome. The food was very disappointing. The salmon skin was burned. The vegetables were a frozen mix pimped with fresh zucchini. The spritzer was non-carbonated. The restaurant looks neglected. There was no music and it is very tight. So I cannot recommend this restaurant at all.

Located in a quiet street, it has only one outdoor table. I ordered absolutely inedible salmon pasta. The fish was better, but the wait is unnerving. There is better in the city

Good delicious food from the Mediterranean area, friendly nice staff and a nice ambience. Highly recommended.

Overrated place. I really don't know why this place got so many 5 star rankings. We ordered the fish-plate with vegetables. Vegetables were originally frozen and then boiled. The same goes for the fish, which was roasted too much and hence too dry. A little bit sad, especially where fish is not very scarce at Bodensee. The pizza and pasta looked nice, though, but we didn't order that. On a plus side, the place is nice and comfortable and very cozy.

Very nice place. The owner does everything himself, so eating can take a second, but it tastes great and is very cozy!

The landlord is a living legend. Throws the whole shop alone (!), Is super friendly and the food is divine. Handmade and everything fresh, no ready sauces or similar. Open to special requests, pasta casserole with rump steak is my insider tip. Don't save on tips, it really deserves it!

The restaurant is small but also very cozy. The chef cooks and serves himself, but the waiting time was limited. The food (in my case rump steak) was delicious. The fish I accompanied was also delicious! Have been there twice in 4 days in Lake Constance. Absolute recommendation !!!

The soups were good but the pasta was overcooked and, in one case the burnt seasoning, in the other undercooked. The restaurant itself is characteristic and nice but one person cannot (and in fact cannot) follow all the customers well.

In my opinion, the restaurant, the ambience and above all the kitchen are among the best. We are always a guest there and always watch how the chef himself lovingly prepares the dishes in the kitchen and then serves them. We can only recommend that !!!

A house stopped by by chance. There are about 5 or 6 tables per chef. Steak, fish, salad, four bongoles, one coke, two beer, came out for 62 euros. The price is reasonable but the taste is more than expected. Bongole was a bit of a bite and the rest was so delicious.

Rump steak was really good, as well as beer. Fish is fried with a lot of oil, burned, not tasty at all. Vegetables are from frozen mix, boiled and covered with a lot of oil. Below expectations unfortunately

Small but nice. We ate here very good pasta specialties. It is very cozy and homey. If we are in Lindau again, we will gladly come back

Actually, we wanted to go to the neighboring restaurant, but we had lost our way here. But it was an enrichment for us, because we were warmly welcomed and friendly served by the host who also cooks. Mediterane delicious food and we did not have to wait long. But we were also eating very early. Mediterranean pasta and rump steak as well as the pasta with spinach and crabs were a good choice.

Ambience is outstanding. Very small good and tastefully decorated. Food tasted great and was very plentiful. Prices very pleasant. I do not give the last star because of the long wait. We had waited for our pizza for more than an hour even though the place was not full (max 24 people)

Wanted to visit adjacent Itallia Restaurant which was full second time and this had some room. Only one guy serving and cooking. Tiny place with cozy interior and nice atmosphere. Food took little longer but I liked it. Won’t gonthere again but there are not many choices. But recommend it when you are close with not many choices. Owner chef do not speak much but maintains alone is great work. Nice and keep going.

Cozy restaurant and good fish cuisine. Honest prices

Very slow service. 50 mins for a cold entree. Mains were stodgy and tasteless. They burnt pasta, not sure how this is even possible. The 2 stars are for the wine which the restaurant thankfully had little to do with.

Plus points for the mood and authentic cuisine. The service can be a bit slow and I wish there were more people.

A memorable experience indeed. The restaurant is a cute and cosy place on a quiet street, with a homely decor. Mr Ali owns and runs the place by himself. Another family was already seated when we arrived, and I was secretly preparing myself for a long wait, but surprisingly our pizzas didn't take that long to arrive. And what delicious pizzas they were! Everything was just right. We gobbled down everything on the plates and left the place happy for the amazing food at an appropriate price. Highly recommended.
